Trauma Informed training
Thrive LDN, in partnership with Nicola Lester Psychological Trauma Consultancy, is offering free, pre-recorded trauma-informed practice training. This training is accessible to all colleagues in roles supporting others, whether formal or informal.
Our recent workforce skills audit highlighted the importance of trauma-informed practice training in effectively implementing the family hub approach, and therefore invites professionals to complete to develop their knowledge and skills around this practice.
The training covers:

•Understanding the complexity of developmental trauma
•Integrating a trauma-informed approach to practice
