About the Series

In this Lunch & Learn series, we heard from twelve different practices across Wandsworth who have implemented a Total Triage approach. In each session, two practices presented for 20 minutes each on:


  • Why they made the move to a Total Triage model

  • The main challenges they've faced and overcome

  • The overview of how they're using a Total Triage approach

  • What benefits they've seen (sharing data where possible)


There was then a facilitated Q&A session. Catching up on these webinars presents a great opportunity if you're planning a move to Total Triage but want to learn from others if you've already made the move but want to see how it's being done elsewhere, or if you don't even know where to start and want to see Total Triage in action.
