Apex Rollout – Installation, Configuration and Education for the SWL Estate

• Introduction to Apex which streams data from your Clinical System every 24-48 hours to produce dashboards and reports to support the effective management of demand and capacity in Primary Care. The tool provides insights to drive service redesign and transformation through informed decision making, at a Practice and PCN level.
• An overview that you will have access to dashboards focussed on Capacity Planning, DNAs, Frequent Attenders, Appointment timings and lengths, Code Analysis and Enhanced Access, as well as many others to help you demonstrate their workload and make data informed decisions.
• Discussions to show that APEX enables a data driven approach to service transformation by providing primary care teams with up-to-date, meaningful and concise information. The analytics support with identifying opportunities help to drive efficiency, making service improvements, as well as designing and optimising interventions to cope with evolving healthcare demands.
• Further discussion on ease of Installation and configuration, supported Education and Training and the ease of use of reports and dashboards for you to be able to analyse you GP Appointment and PCN Appointment Data in a very efficient and effective manner.
