About the Course
SWL Primary Care Non-Clinical Training Programme
South West London Training Hub is pleased to offer a suite of training sessions for staff working across Primary Care in SWL. The programme includes sessions tailored for reception and administrative staff, as well as topics relevant to all staff members.
Programme Overview
The training topics and dates may be updated periodically in response to bookings and to meet the evolving needs of General Practice teams across SWL. Staff are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to support their personal and professional development.
We understand the current pressures on General Practice, and appreciate how busy teams are. However, we are keen to maintain a high level of participation in this programme, with minimal non-attendance, to ensure as many staff as possible can benefit. As such only book a place if you are availbale to attend and inform us as soon as possible if that changes.
In previous years, many of the courses were fully booked within a short time. Early registration is strongly recommended.

Unless otherwise stated, all sessions are delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

These programmes are funded through public investment to support workforce development. Attendance reports may be shared with local Training Hub teams and line managers.
Participation Requirements
To ensure a high-quality, interactive learning experience:
Working cameras and microphones are required. Facilitators may ask participants to leave if these are not functional.
Learners must join on time and engage fully throughout the session. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
Partial attendance will result in no certificate being issued, and line managers will be informed.
Joining links will be circulated ahead of the session.
Once registered, learners are expected to block out their diaries and ensure availability.
Environment & Equipment
Learners must ensure access to a quiet space with minimal distractions, as well as appropriate equipment, before registering. Practice managers are expected to support staff in facilitating this.
Feedback & Certification
Certificates will only be issued upon completion of the feedback form. All learners are expected to take part in the evaluation process.
We hope you enjoy the learning experience. If you have any feedback or suggestions, feel free to share them directly with your local Training Hub team.
